Meet the Staff

The Trust employs local people and draws on volunteers to staff the Visitor Centre. It is the aim of the Trust to provide a working environment which, through the development of staff, delivers best service to its customers.

The staff look forward to helping you on your visit. If you have any questions we will do our best to find the answer – that includes questions about the site, directions to places of interest and general information about the area.

Catherine
Visitor Services Assistant

Catherine has come back to join us after a few years off. Having been here during the excavations she has a wealth of knowledge about the site.
Gary
Visitor Services Assistant

Gary is based most of the time in the Priory Museum. He is especially interested in family history so besides telling you all about the Historic Scotland area of the site he can answer questions about the family graves up at the church.
Gayle

Gayle is the Visitor Services Manager. If there are any questions or problems she is the person with the answers. Gayle is born and bred in Whithorn.
