Whithorn Junior Guides interpret the history of Whithorn and its archaeology through a costumed play which takes place in the Priory grounds and crypts. This is a scheme which was initiated by Historic Scotland some years ago and each year some pupils become Guides. The Guides can be booked by other schools to perform.
Whithorn Junior Guides launch this year’s performances at the Whithorn Trust on 20th May, with a showing at 10,30am and one at 1.15pm. All are invited to attend. Light refreshments served and the children will receive certificates at the Trust after their performances. Please …read more
